Majestique, originally a textile company, expanded its business to include production facilities in Surat, Varanasi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. Additionally, they established 30 retail outlets across major cities in Maharashtra, covering a total area of over 3 lakh sq. ft. However, in 2007, the company diversified into the real estate sector by venturing into residential projects.

Majestique’s initial foray into real estate included residential projects in Pune, specifically in Hadapsar and Market Yard. The success of these projects served as a catalyst for further growth and prompted the company to undertake a comprehensive expansion into construction. They embarked on developing a variety of residential projects across Pune, each targeting a specific demographic.
